Associates sit with partners, not with a staffing coordinator. You will be in the room. You will write the brief that is filed. You will stand up, sooner than you would elsewhere.
We look for a current practising certificate, a Kenya School of Law diploma, people who can write a sentence, and a temperament that does not require an audience. The hours are real. The work is the reason.
