The work
We advise boards, sponsors, and founders on mergers, takeovers, private equity, and listings under the Companies Act 2015, the Competition Act, and the Capital Markets Act. The work is technical. The judgment is not.
Engagements are led by a named partner. We do not staff a matter with a rotating cast, and we do not accept work we would be unwilling to take to hearing. If we take the file, we intend to finish it. We are admitted to practise in Kenya.
