The work
We conduct judicial review, petitions under the Bill of Rights, devolution disputes, and public-procurement challenges under the Fair Administrative Action Act, the PPADA, and Articles 22, 23, and 47 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
Engagements are led by a named partner. We do not staff a matter with a rotating cast, and we do not accept work we would be unwilling to take to hearing. If we take the file, we intend to finish it. We are admitted to practise in Kenya.
