The work
We act for lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on Kenyan security, syndicated facilities, project finance, PPPs, and energy and infrastructure work before EPRA, the PPP Directorate, and the relevant county.
Engagements are led by a named partner. We do not staff a matter with a rotating cast, and we do not accept work we would be unwilling to take to hearing. If we take the file, we intend to finish it. We are admitted to practise in Kenya.
