Amina conducts judicial review, Bill of Rights litigation, and devolution disputes from Mombasa and Nairobi, often against the national government or a county.
Biography
Amina Hassan leads constitutional and administrative law from the Mombasa office. She appears in judicial-review applications, petitions under Articles 22 and 23 of the Constitution, and disputes between county and national government.
She has acted in matters involving the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, public procurement under the PPADA, and the Fair Administrative Action Act. Several of her petitions have been reported in the Kenya Law Reports.
She is a member of the LSK Coast chapter committee on devolution and teaches a seminar on Article 47 at Moi University.
