Biography
James Whitmore leads conveyancing and private-client land work. He handles transfers, sectional properties, long leases, and security over land under the Land Act, the Land Registration Act, and the Sectional Properties Act.
The practice is as much about Ardhisasa, the land registries in Nairobi and the counties, and the National Land Commission as it is about the instrument. He is a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.
He advises families and funds on holdings in Nairobi, the Coast, and the highlands, and on the succession of land under the Law of Succession Act.
