Biography
David Omondi heads litigation. He spent seven years as State Counsel in the Office of the Attorney-General, conducting civil and constitutional work on behalf of the Republic, before entering private practice.
His docket now includes commercial suits, land disputes in the Environment and Land Court, and appeals. He is known for a record that is ready before the first mention, and for a courtroom manner that judges find untheatrical.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya branch) and lectures occasionally at the Kenya School of Law on trial practice.
